Ingredients

  • 400 g asparaus, white
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus, rub it with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread the asparagus on four pieces of aluminum foil, place a bouquet of thyme on each of the asparagus, spread the butter flakes on top and seal the aluminum foil.
  2. Cook the parcels in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
