  • 800 g carrot (s), oranic
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • 2 teaspoons Szechuan pepper
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sea salt
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 40 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the carrots well. Then cut in half lengthways with the skin.
  2. Now crush the garlic, coriander and Szechuan pepper in a mortar and add to the carrots with the other spices. Pour olive oil over it and mix well.
  3. Then put the carrots in an ovenproof dish and roast in the oven at 230 ° C for 25 minutes.
