  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon durum wheat semolina
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yeast flakes

Instructions

  1. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and place in a bowl. Mix in the oil and durum wheat semolina with the spices and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Turning is not absolutely necessary.
  3. Cheese fondue, a fresh quark dip and various sauces also taste good.
