Melt the butter over low heat and let it cool down a little. Lightly beat the eggs with milk and vanilla. Stir in the flour, baking powder and cinnamon, sugar and desiccated coconut.
Make a well in the flour mixture, pour in the egg milk and stir in. Add the melted butter and carefully stir in.
Put the dough in a greased and floured loaf pan (25 x 10 cm) and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, convection 160 degrees, gas level 3, for about 70 minutes.
Let the bread cool down on a wire rack for another 5 minutes. Remove from the mold and let cool down completely.
