Ingredients

  • 75 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon flavor (real vanilla flavor)
  • 400 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 150 g desiccated coconut
  • Fat and flour for the mold

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter over low heat and let it cool down a little. Lightly beat the eggs with milk and vanilla. Stir in the flour, baking powder and cinnamon, sugar and desiccated coconut.
  2. Make a well in the flour mixture, pour in the egg milk and stir in. Add the melted butter and carefully stir in.
  3. Put the dough in a greased and floured loaf pan (25 x 10 cm) and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, convection 160 degrees, gas level 3, for about 70 minutes.
  4. Let the bread cool down on a wire rack for another 5 minutes. Remove from the mold and let cool down completely.
