Pan-Fried Chicken Fillet

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 800 Grams
  • Onion – 1-2 Pieces
  • Salt – To taste
  • Olive Oil – 50 Milliliters
  • Spices – To taste (pepper, oregano, coriander, marjoram, chili, cumin)

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry a little and cut.
  2. Peel the onion and chop into thin half rings.
  3. Place everything in a deep bowl. Add salt and all the spices.
  4. Pour in olive oil and stir. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate to marinate the fillets for an hour.
