Fried Eggs with Chicken Fillet and Cheese

A nutritious and delicious quick breakfast for everyone is every housewife’s dream. Fried eggs with chicken fillet and cheese, which are high in protein and low in fat, meets all these requirements. Such scrambled eggs are prepared in only 15 minutes, and both children and adults will like the taste.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 300 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1/3 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Fresh parsley – 1-2 branches

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the fillets for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Transfer the cheese to the pan to the chicken fillet, stir.
  3. Make small holes by pushing the chicken aside with the spoon. Drive eggs into the holes.
  4. Reduce heat and scrambled eggs with chicken and cheese for another 5-7 minutes, until eggs are cooked. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Tear the parsley coarsely with your hands and garnish with the eggs.
  5. Serve the fried eggs with chicken and cheese in portions. A day that starts with such a breakfast will undoubtedly be successful!
