Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g butter
  • 150 ml beer
  • 450 g flour
  • salt and pepper

For the filling: (first filling)

  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 150 g onion (s)
  • oil

For the filling: (Second filling)

  • 3 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • chives

Instructions

  1. First prepare the first filling. To do this, finely dice the onion. Also cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Steam the onion cubes in oil until translucent. Now add the chicken cubes, season with salt, pepper and fry for approx. 15 minutes. When the meat is done, set it aside for a moment.
  2. For the second filling, boil the eggs hard and cut into fine cubes. Cut the chives into fine rings. Mix the egg, chives and the grated cheese. Salt the filling a little.
  3. For the dough, heat the butter (do not boil). Mix the liquid and cooled butter with the beer, add a little salt. Add flour and knead into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into thirds and roll out each of the three parts into circles of the same size.
  4. Grease a 26-inch springform pan and spread the first circle out in the pan. Pull up the edge a little. Spread the chicken breast and onion filling on top. Spread the second dough on top of the filling and glue it together with the raised edge. Spread the second filling on the dough and cover with the third dough. Carefully press the edge down with your fingers so that the sheet of dough sticks together with the middle layer of dough. Prick the surface several times with a fork.
  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C on the middle rack for approx. 40 - 50 minutes.
