Chicken Tortilla Pie

Deliciously delicious tortilla pie with chicken fillet, tomatoes and cheese. An amazing combination of products. No messing around with the dough. Fast and delicious!

Ingredients
- Tortilla cakes – 4 pcs. (1 package)
- Chicken breast (fillet) – 500-600 g
- Tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.
- Hard cheese – 150 g
- Sour cream – 200 g
- Green onions – 2 pcs.
- Egg or yolk – to grease the cake
- Salt – a pinch
- Ground black pepper – on the tip of a knife
- Spices to taste
- Vegetable oil – for frying chicken and greasing a baking sheet
Directions
- We prepare products.
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry it in a drop of oil, add salt and pepper (you can also use your favorite seasonings).
- Cut the tomatoes into slices.
- Grate the cheese.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Now we collect the cake itself. Do not forget to grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil. Put the first tortilla on a baking sheet. Lubricate it well with sour cream and lay out the first chicken filling, evenly distributing it.
- Next comes the second cake, which is also coated with sour cream. We spread tomato circles on it, salt them lightly.
- Again tortilla, sour cream and grated cheese with green onions. Unfortunately, I forgot about the onion, but you put it in, because it makes the pie much tastier.
- Spread the beaten egg on top of the chicken, tomato and cheese tortilla pie.
- Put the pie in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees, until browned. This will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
- The tortilla pie is ready! Delicious and original!
