- 2 cloves garlic
- 100 g iner
- 1 ½ liter broth
- 3 orange (s)
- 300 ml cream
- Cheese (hard cheese)

- Dice peppers and potatoes. Dice the onion and sauté in the oil. Squeeze in the garlic. Sauté the paprika, potatoes and finely chopped ginger. Pour in the broth. Simmer for 20 minutes, puree the soup. Add the cream and juice of the oranges. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut out small stars from the cheese and add to the soup.
