Fry the bacon in a large saucepan with a little oil, add the onions and fry with them. Add the meat sausage, tomato paste, bell peppers and garlic, let everything smuggle a little. Add the cabanossi and salami, as well as the mushrooms (with the stock from the glass) and the sauerkraut. Fill the can twice with water and pour in. Stir in stock powder or Vegeta according to instructions or taste. Stir in mustard and balsamic vinegar, season well with fondor and chili powder. Boil.
Let it steep for a few hours, bring to the boil again and serve with sour cream and white bread (or ciabatta).
Tips: As an alternative to sauerkraut, you can use pickled cucumbers (and some of the cucumber water). Then maybe take a little more balsamic vinegar.
