Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 3 small onion (s)
  • 100 g smoked bellies
  • 190 g salad (puszta salad)
  • 1 glass mushrooms, slices (about 240 g)
  • 250 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • mustard
  • Tomato paste
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the schnitzel in hot oil on both sides. Season with salt and pepper, spread a thin layer of mustard and tomato paste on both sides and place in a greased baking dish.
  2. Cut the onions into slices, cut the bacon into strips and sauté in the remaining fat. Drain the puzsta salad and mushrooms on a sieve, add to the onions, mix with the cream and spread over the schnitzel. Put the schnitzel in the oven and cook at 160 degrees (hot air) or 180 degrees (top / bottom heat) for about 45 minutes.
  3. Spaetzle or rice are ideal as a side dish.
