Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta, e.. penne
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g beef fillet (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 piece (s) shallot (s)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 300 ml broth
  • 2 cups creme légère (150 g each)
  • some mustard
  • 4 spring onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Pat dry the beef fillet and cut into strips. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the meat in it, then remove it. Peel the shallots and cut into rings. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices. Put the vegetables in the remaining frying fat and steam them. Add the stock and cook everything for about 5 minutes. Add fillet strips and pasta and heat briefly. Stir in the crème légère and season with salt, pepper and mustard. Wash the spring onions, cut into rings and stir in.
