Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta, (whole wheat pasta)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 100 g corn, frozen
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons broth

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente according to the instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Dice paprika and zucchini and fry in a pan with the stock (add a little water if necessary).
  3. Add corn and peas and cook everything al dente.
  4. Finally stir in the processed cheese.
  5. Tip for non-vegetarians:
  6. Add minced meat, poultry breast strips, diced ham or similar.
