Ingredients
- 200 g pasta, (trulli)
- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 pairs sausages, (Viennese)
- 150 g yourt
- 3 tablespoon Miracel Whip with yogurt
- 3 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 tablespoon milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 0.5 ½ box cress

- Clean and wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Cook the pasta in boiling, lightly salted water until firm to the bite. Add the cauliflower florets about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and cook with them.
- Mix the yogurt with Miracel Whip, mustard, lemon juice and milk and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Drain the pasta with cauliflower, drain and mix with the dressing. Cut the sausages into slices and mix in. Let the salad stand for 10 minutes. Season again to taste. Cut off the cress and sprinkle over it.
