Pasta with Asparagus and Parmesan

Asparagus pasta is a very tasty and beautiful Italian dish. An easy-to-prepare dish contains carbohydrates, vitamins, and iron. Useful in spring, because asparagus gives the body vitamins.

Ingredients
- Spaghetti – 200 Grams
- Asparagus – 250 Grams
- Onions – 1/2 Pieces
- Garlic – 2 Cloves
- Lemon zest – 1-2 Teaspoons
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon the spoon
- Salt, pepper – To taste
Directions
- Prepare ingredients for further cooking.
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 7-8 minutes.
- Fry chopped onions and garlic in a skillet in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- 2 minutes before the pasta is done, put the asparagus in the pasta water.
- Pour in a cup of the reserved water, heat the paste a little, and then serve.
