Ingredients
- 300 g pasta, e.. spirals, penne, ribbon pasta
- 3 zucchini, approx. 750 g
- 1 large onion (s), diced
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 2 herb (s), garlic parsley
- 1 cup crème fraîche, with garlic flavor
- Herbal salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon chives, cut into small rolls

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan, fry the onion cubes and chopped garlic lightly, roast the grated zucchini for a few minutes, add the herb pieces, stir well so that they dissolve. Add creme fraiche.
- Mix in the cooked pasta, mix well and season with pepper and herb salt as required.
- Serve sprinkled with chives.
- Serve with salad as a side dish.
