Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta, e.. spirals, penne, ribbon pasta
  • 3 zucchini, approx. 750 g
  • 1 large onion (s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 herb (s), garlic parsley
  • 1 cup crème fraîche, with garlic flavor
  • Herbal salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon chives, cut into small rolls

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan, fry the onion cubes and chopped garlic lightly, roast the grated zucchini for a few minutes, add the herb pieces, stir well so that they dissolve. Add creme fraiche.
  3. Mix in the cooked pasta, mix well and season with pepper and herb salt as required.
  4. Serve sprinkled with chives.
  5. Serve with salad as a side dish.
