  • 10 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 large onions, cut into rings
  • 6 medium potato (s), peeled and sliced
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (sherry vinegar)
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Sweat the onions in it for about 10 minutes until golden. Pour in the rest of the oil and let it get hot. Add the potatoes and fry for 15-20 minutes until tender. Season to taste with salt, drain off excess oil. Mix the vinegar with the garlic and stir into the potatoes. Serve immediately.
