  • 8 tablespoon orange juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 tablespoon currants
  • 150 g sausae (chorizo)

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into sixths lengthways and fry them all over in olive oil over a mild heat, season with salt and pepper, pour in the orange juice and stew in a closed pan for 10 minutes. In the meantime, peel the onions and cut into thin wedges, clean the chilli pepper and finely chop it together with the currants, cut the sausage into thin slices.
  2. Turn the potatoes, add the onions and the currant mixture. Cook in the closed pan for another 10 minutes. Finally add the sausage and let it get hot.
  3. It`s actually a tapa, but we always make it as a quick, simple main course.
  4. If you love onions, you can of course increase the amount, but then you need a little more juice. If you don`t get a chorizo, you can also use another, somewhat spicier sausage.
