Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 25 slices bacon, thinly sliced
- 4 medium potato (s)
- 4 slices cheese, e.g. Gouda
- 2 onions)
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 small Glass peppers (Pimiento del piquillo), alternatively blanched peppers
- 1 roll, stale
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- some paprika, spicy, if possible Pimenton de la Vera
- some marjoram
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Fry the finely chopped onions in oil, set aside. In the same pan, fry the thinly sliced potatoes over a low heat, making sure that they are only lightly brown. Salt. When they`re almost done, add half of the onions.
- Whisk the eggs, add the contents of the pan and stir.
- Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, an egg, the soaked roll, mustard, marjoram, paprika powder and the other half of the fried onion. To taste.

- Put in the oven for about 30 minutes. The top should be nice and brown, but not burned.
