Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark, lean
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 can peach (s)
  • 4 tablespoon amaretto
  • 250 g biscuit (s) (Cantuccini)

For decoration:

  • Cocoa powder or chocolate flakes or toasted almond flakes

Instructions

  1. Put the cantuccini in a freezer bag and chop with the rolling pin.
  2. Drain the peaches, collecting 6 tablespoons of juice. Cut the peaches into bite-sized pieces, mix the juice with the amaretto (if children are also eating, simply replace the amaretto with apple juice or use more peach juice accordingly)
  3. Mix the quark with the mascarpone and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and fold in.
  4. Prepare 4 glasses and layer them nicely: first a layer of cantuccini crumbs, then some peach juice. Then a layer of cheese and quark cream, topped with pieces of peach. Repeat the whole thing once. Let it soak in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or even better overnight.
  5. Decorate with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings or roasted almond flakes before serving.
