  • 250 g jam (raspberry jam)
  • 5 peach (s), fresh
  • 1 packet biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Spread the raspberry jam on the bottom of a baking dish. Cut the peaches into small cubes, mix with the biscuits and add to the jam.
  2. Beat the egg with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until frothy, whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the egg foam, then spread the cream on the peach and biscuit mixture.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 160 °.
