Peach Pie

Delicious pie with fresh peaches will be a great addition to a cup of tea. Making a pie with peaches is not difficult at all, because a simple dough on kefir can be kneaded in just five minutes.
Ingredients
- Peaches – 4-5 pcs.
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- Kefir – 100 ml
- Wheat flour – 450 g (about 3 glasses)
- Sugar – 5 tbsp
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Soda – 0.5 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp
Directions
- Break eggs into a bowl.
- Immediately add 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar and salt to the eggs.
- Next, pour in kefir.
- We take a whisk and mix everything well. In the process, add soda to make the cake fluffy.
- You also need to add flour. It is advisable to sift it.
- We knead the dough on kefir with our hands, which turns out to be soft and “pliable”.
- We wash the peaches, cut them in half, remove the seeds.
- Roll out the pie dough into a round layer, which we immediately place in a baking dish.
- We cut some of the peaches into cubes, the rest of the halves can still be cut lengthwise. First lay out the halves of the peaches, fill the remaining space with cubes. Sprinkle the peaches with the remaining sugar.
- We bake the peach pie on kefir in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Sprinkle the finished peach pie with icing sugar.
