Ingredients

  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 2 cans peach (s)
  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 1 pack ladyfingers
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 liter peach juice mixed with water
  • 2 packs custard powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 packs almond (s), sliced
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 4 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches well and cut into small cubes. Collect the peach juice. Mix the low-fat quark with 150 g sugar and 1 cup peach juice. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and 50 g sugar until stiff and then fold into the quark mixture.
  2. Boil the vanilla pudding with the collected juice (approx. 500 ml) and 500 ml water and allow to cool. Caramelize 4 tablespoons of sugar in the pan, add butter and slowly roast the almonds.
  3. Put a layer of the quark and cream mixture in a large glass bowl, and place the sponge fingers on top. It continues with the vanilla pudding, peaches, the rest of the quark mass, the rest of the vanilla pudding and finally the roasted almonds.
