Ingredients
Peaches – 2 Cups (shredded frozen)
Orange Juice – 1 Glass
Peach and Mango Juice – 1 Glass
Banana – 1 Piece (large shredded frozen)
Peach Yogurt – 1 Cup
Directions
Make sure you have frozen peaches in the freezer in advance. To do this, they need to be washed, the bone removed from them, cut into slices and placed in the freezer in portions of 2 cups.
Do the same procedure with the banana – wash it, peel it and cut it into random pieces. Place each banana in a separate bag or container so that you can easily separate the right amount.
It is preferable to use freshly squeezed orange juice with pulp, but you can take a store-bought one.
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Don’t be surprised if asked for supplements!
