- 300 grams flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 Table spoons milk

- Grease and flour a loaf pan. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat
- Beat the soft butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Stir in each egg individually. Finally fold in the quark.
- Sift the flour and baking powder and mix well. Then stir alternately with the milk in portions into the foam mixture.
- Peel and core the pears. Cut two pears into small pieces, grate one into small pieces. Immediately fold the grater and pear pieces into the batter. Spread the dough in the mold and smooth it out.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. After 15 minutes of baking, cut the cake lengthways in the middle about 1 cm deep with a sharp knife.
