Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Process the ingredients for the dough up to 25 g butter with the hand mixer or the food processor to a smooth dough. Pour the dough into the greased springform pan (22 cm in diameter) or lined with baking paper and smooth the surface. Spread the pears on the dough in a fan shape. Sprinkle with sugar.
