Ingredients

  • 500 g pear (s), (fresh or canned)
  • 150 ml wine, white, dry
  • 20 g butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 pinches cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 3 egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Peel the pears, remove the core and cut into fine pieces. Put in a saucepan with the wine and butter and cook until cooked. Beat through a sieve, season with sugar and cinnamon, add the cream. Put the mixture back in a saucepan, add the egg yolks and stir well. Put on the fire again, stirring constantly, and allow to thicken. Fill into portion bowls and let cool.
