Instructions

  1. Peel, halve and core the pears. Place the pitted side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sugar and some of the spice mixture for pies.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for approx. 15 minutes. Then take out the tray, sprinkle with the cane sugar and bake at 180 ° for another 15-20 minutes (until soft).
  3. Serve lukewarm.
