Creamy Pudding with Pears and Bananas

An incredible dessert that looks like a delicate and airy cream, cooks in just 10 minutes and will be an excellent alternative to the usual breakfast cereals. For its simplicity and great taste, this uncomplicated sweet fruit pudding recipe deserves to be one of the favorites!

Ingredients

Ripe pears – 2 pcs. (400 g)
Ripe bananas – 2 pcs. (400 g)
Milk- 100 ml
Wheat flour – 1 tbsp
Egg – 1 pc.
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Lemon (juice) – 1 circle
Black chocolate (for decoration) – 20 g
Mint or basil (for decoration, optional) – 3-5 leaves

Directions

For dessert, use a heavy-bottomed pot or build a water bath. Beat an egg into a saucepan and add sugar, whisk until sugar dissolves.
Add wheat flour to the pan, stir. Pour in milk and stir until smooth.
Place a saucepan over medium heat and heat until thickened, stirring constantly with a whisk. This process took me 2 minutes. The cream pudding should thicken and not drip, but fall off the spoon.
While the cream is cooling, prepare the fruit. Peel the bananas, break into large pieces and place in a blender bowl. Peel the stalks and peels of the pears (if tough) and place in a bowl with the bananas. Leave some fruit for decoration.
Squeeze 1 teaspoon of juice from the lemon into a blender bowl so that the fruit does not darken. Grind bananas and pears with an immersion blender until puree. Add the fruit puree to the cooled cream in a saucepan, stir. The mass turned out to be a little more liquid, dripping from the spoon in large drops.
Pour the pudding into bowls, garnish with coarsely chopped chocolate, banana slices and pear slices. You can use fresh herbs such as mint or basil to garnish.
Banana Pear Cream Pudding is ready to serve. Delicious, quick and healthy dessert for children and adults!
