Ingredients
- 5 pear (s), ripe
- 350 ml passion fruit juice
- 1 pck. Pudding powder, (vanilla pudding powder)
- 150 g yourt, peach or passion fruit
- some lemon juice
- some sweetener, liquid
- 200 ml cream

- Peel and core the pears and cut into pieces. Stir pudding powder into the juice and bring to the boil, stir in yogurt,
- season with lemon juice and sweetener. Whip the cream until stiff, if necessary sweeten. Pour the cooled pudding into bowls and add
- decorate the cream.

- You can also sprinkle chopped pistachios, desiccated coconut or almond brittle on top.
