Ingredients
- 500 g pear (s) pulp, pureed
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice
- 130 g suar
- 300 ml water
- 70 ml syrup, (woodruff syrup)

- Peel the pears and cut the cored into pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice and puree.
- Boil water and sugar and pour over the pureed pear. Add woodruff syrup and stir well. Pour into a flat stainless steel bowl and freeze in the deep-freeze compartment, stirring every hour.
