Ingredients
- 15 stems woodruff with flowers
- 200 g suar, brown
- 1 liter schnapps (grain, cognac, vodka ..)

- Harvest the woodruff shortly before or after opening the flowers and let them dry briefly. In the meantime, put 200 g sugar in an approx. 1.5 l container. Add the woodruff and fill up with the schnapps.
