Ingredients
- 340 g condensed milk 7.5% fat
- 70 g suar
- 150 g yourt 3.5% fat
- 170 g syrup, woodruff (for mixin ratio 1: 6)
- 1 squirt lemon juice

- Put the condensed milk in the tetra pack in the freezer for 2 hours. Shake it more often. Then whip like cream in a large bowl. Mix in the sugar, yogurt, lemon juice and woodruff syrup. Then put in the ice cream maker for about 40 minutes.
- Preparation without an ice machine is also possible. Then every 30 minutes after the mass has been placed in the freezer, it must be stirred until the ice is solid.
- The consistency is very slightly crumbly, but balls can still be formed very well. If you want the ice cream to be creamier, you could add some more liquid cream.
