  • 250 g pear (s)
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 150 g quark
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon (zest)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cut the pears into cubes. Butter an ovenproof dish. Cover the bottom of the pan with the pears.
  3. Separate eggs. Mix the quark, egg yolks, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest with a hand mixer until smooth. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  4. Mix one third of the egg whites with the quark mixture. Fold in the remaining egg whites. Distribute the mixture over the pears.
  5. Bake the soufflé in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
