Ingredients

  • 500 g penne
  • 1 can tomato (s), happened

  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • basil
  • oregano
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
  2. Boil the penne al dente in salted water and drain. Then put in a baking dish.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the feta, basil and garlic into small pieces. Put the tomatoes in a bowl and add the cream, feta, basil and garlic. Mix and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  4. Cut the onion and sauté in the pan with a little oil and then add the minced meat, fry it until it is nice and crumbly and brown and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put the minced meat in the baking dish with the pasta, pour the sauce over it and mix everything together so that the tomato and minced meat sauce is well distributed with the penne. Then pour the grated cheese over the pasta and spread a teaspoon-sized crème fraîche on the casserole.
  6. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
