Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 1 tomato (s)
- 100 g corn
- 100 ml milk
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g bacon cubes
- 1 kg penne
- 1 pinch (s) oregano
- 1 pinch (s) basil
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- 1 pinch (s) garlic
- cornstarch

- Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
- For the sauce, dice the peppers and put them in a blender jar. Cut the tomato into eighths, add the corn to the blender jar and mix well.
- Mix the diced bacon, milk, cream and cream cheese in a separate container, place in a saucepan and add starch if necessary. Season to taste with the spices. Bring the sauce to the boil and simmer until a light crust forms.
- Serve the sauce with the pasta.
- Tip: Instead of adding the bacon cubes to the sauce, you can sauté them in a separate pan and then serve them with the pasta and sauce.
