Ingredients

  • 500 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 1 onion (s), white, diced
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 200 g processed cheese (double cream settin) or 250 mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoon paprika pulp
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Tabasco
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 50 g peas
  • 500 g penne

Instructions

  1. Sweat the onion in the butter and squeeze the garlic. Add tomatoes and spices. When it boils, stir in the cream. Boil briefly and remove the bay leaf again. Mix with the hand blender. Stir in the cheese. Cut the ham into 2 cm wide strips. Add the ham and peas to the sauce and simmer briefly.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Mix the sauce and the finished noodles and serve.
