Ingredients

  • 500 g penne
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 150 g ham, finely sliced
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • Oregano, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne in salted water until al dente. Halve the mushrooms and then cut them into leaves. Steam the mushrooms, then add the ham and cook a little. Add mascarpone and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Finally, stir together the penne with the mascarpone sauce.
