Ingredients
- 400 g pineapple, fresh, prepared
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 large, ripe banana (s)
- 3 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon peel
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 2 tablespoon hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Fat, for the shape

- Remove all hard eyes from the peeled pineapple. Then cut 8 thin slices. If you don`t have a pineapple cutter, remove the hard middle part only after chopping it up with a small paring knife.
- Grease a baking dish with butter. Place the pineapple slices next to each other or place 4 slices on top of each other in portion molds.
- Squeeze the banana with a fork. Mix with sour cream, egg, lemon juice and zest, and vanilla sugar. Spread the banana glaze on the pineapple slices. Mix sugar, hazelnuts and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (hot air 180 degrees) for about 18-20 minutes until golden yellow.
- The dessert is eaten hot out of the oven.
