Ingredients
- 1 large can pineapple
- 1 packet pudding powder, cream
- 250 ml sparkling wine or wine
- 200 g cream

- Fill up the pineapple juice to 1/2 liter with champagne or wine. Cook a pudding with this liquid according to the instructions, let it cool down a little and add the finely chopped pineapple. When the pudding has cooled, fold in the whipped cream.
