Ingredients

  • 50 g raspberries (from the lass, drained, plus 5 cl raspberry juice)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 cl rum, white
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Drain the raspberries while collecting 5 cl of juice. Puree the raspberries, raspberry and lime juice. Place in a cocktail shaker with rum and ice cubes and shake well. Moisten a cocktail glass on the rim, dip it in sugar, pour the cocktail into it and garnish with basil.
