Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 220 ml water, lukewarm (possibly a little more)
  • 1 cube yeast, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 packet tomato (s), happened
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 200 g cheese, rated (e.. Gouda)
  • 3 tablespoon pizza seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl, crumble the yeast into it and add the oil, sugar and salt. Pour in water and knead with the hand mixer for a good 5 minutes on the highest level. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Then knead the risen dough again by hand and divide it into 4 parts. Roll out each portion as a tongue and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Spread the tomatoes on the tongues and season with pizza seasoning. Squeeze the garlic and spread it on the tongues. Dice paprika and ham and sprinkle on top. Finally sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Of course you can vary with the topping, e.g., instead of ham tuna and instead of paprika onions, etc.
