  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 300 ml milk
  • 40 g fat
  • 0.5 ½ cube fresh yeast or 1 pack dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and make a yeast dough. Knead well. Let rise in a bowl in a warm place for approx. 25 minutes. Then knead again and shape into a loaf. Let rise again for about 10 minutes.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C to 220 ° C for approx. 40 to 45 minutes.
