  • 200 g corn rits (polenta)
  • 500 g beans, reen
  • 250 g tomato (s)
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 packs mozzarella
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler)
  • Herbs, mixed, Italian
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Pour the polenta into 650 ml of boiling salted water and bring to the boil while stirring. Pour onto a baking sheet sprinkled with corn grits and smooth out. (approx. 1.5 cm thick).
  2. Clean the beans and cook in salted water, drain. Quarter tomatoes. Fry the mince in the oil until crumbly, season with salt and pepper. Place in a gratin dish with the beans and tomatoes. Cut the polenta into diamonds and spread on top. Tear apart the mozzarella, coarsely grate the Emmentaler and spread on the gratin. In the 200 ° oven and bake for about 25 minutes.
