Cut the Pac Choi, the bell peppers and the turkey breast into small cubes. Add water and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Put some oil in a pan, add the turkey cubes, fry and then take them out again.
Mix the sweet chili sauce, orange juice and 2 tablespoons flour in a bowl with a whisk.
Now sear the vegetables until the Pac Choi does not collapse, as this will keep the vegetables crisp. Then add the sauce to the vegetables and briefly bring to the boil.
Drain the pasta well and add to the vegetables. Finally add the turkey cubes and let them warm up.
