Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken legs (Pollo Fino)
  • 3 potato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Season the Pollo Fino (boneless chicken drumsticks) well with salt, pepper, paprika and chilli and place in a pre-greased baking sheet with the skin side up. Peel and slice the potatoes and onions and place them between the pollo fino. Season as well and drizzle with a little oil.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the baking sheet in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Mix the potato and onion mix from time to time. Then add the mushrooms and leave everything in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
  3. You can also put other side dishes on the baking sheet, then you just have to pay attention to how long they take.
