Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tomato (s), blanched, finely chopped
  • 250 ml broth
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 50 ml milk
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 2 packs mozzarella
  • some spice mixture (tomato and mozzarella seasoning)
  • 10 basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Season the pork schnitzel with the spices and fry in the oil. Take out of the pan and keep warm.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic clove and sweat in the oil until translucent. Add the tomatoes, previously blanched and cut into pieces. Pour in the broth and thicken with tomato paste. Bring to the boil once and then add the milk.
  3. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices. Put the sauce in a baking dish and place the schnitzel on top. Alternate the tomato and mozzarella slices on the schnitzel.
  4. Baked in the oven at 160 ° C (hot air). Now season a little more with tomato and mozzarella seasoning and decorate with basil. It goes well with pasta and a leaf salad.
