Ingredients
- 4 turkey schnitzel
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 can / s fruit, drained, your choice (peaches, pineapple )
- 150 g cheese, rated
- salt and pepper

- Season turkey schnitzel and place in the baking dish.
- Make a sauce from cream, ketchup, tomato paste, curry powder, salt and pepper.
- Cover the schnitzel with fruit and pour the sauce over it.
- Cook for 30 minutes at 160 degrees.
- Pour cheese over it and bake for another 15 minutes.
