Ingredients

  • 4 turkey schnitzel
  • 4 slices cheese, Chester
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 125 g bacon
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 packs sauce, (hunter`s sauce)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 leeks
  • 500 ml cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the turkey schnitzel and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Butter the pan from the stove and insert the schnitzel.
  3. Place a slice of cheese on each piece of meat.
  4. Clean the leek and cut into rings. Now distribute this over the cheese.
  5. Cut the mushrooms into slices and dice the bacon and the onion, fry everything in a pan and pour over it.
  6. Mix the sour cream with the cream, salt, pepper, chilli powder and the hunter sauce. Pour over it as well.
  7. At 200 ° approx. Place in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  8. This goes well with pasta and salad, for example.
