  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • salt
  • Tomato paste
  • pepper
  • 4 slices ham, smoked
  • Paprika powder
  • 375 ml meat stock
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions and peppers into strips. Salt the meat, coat with tomato paste and pepper.
  2. Cover the schnitzel with ham, then roll with onions and paprika and everything to make roulades.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika powder and fry all over.
  4. Pour the meat stock and stew the roulades for 50 minutes.
  5. Thicken the sauce with creme fraiche and season with salt and pepper.
